Avocado Orange Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 large Ripe avocados; pitted
  • 1 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Orange slices

Directions

  • In food processor or blender, blend avocados and orange juice.
  • Add yogurt, TABASCO sauce and salt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with orange slices.
