Ingredients
- 8 cups Milk
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce;, or to taste
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons Chicken seasoning base
- 1 pound Cheese Whiz
- 6 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1/3 cup Cold water
- 1 cup Beer
- Cayenne pepper; to taste
Directions
- Combine milk, Tabasco, Worcestershire and chicken seasoning base in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Warm Cheese Whiz jar in hot water or microwave.
- Mix well into soup.
- Dissolve cornstarch completely in the water.
- Stir into soup, which should thicken rapidly.
- Add bear to soup and stir well.
- To serve, ladle into bowls and dust with cayenne.
