Baby Doe’s Mine Beer Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce;, or to taste
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Chicken seasoning base
  • 1 pound Cheese Whiz
  • 6 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup Beer
  • Cayenne pepper; to taste

Directions

  • Combine milk, Tabasco, Worcestershire and chicken seasoning base in a large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Warm Cheese Whiz jar in hot water or microwave.
  • Mix well into soup.
  • Dissolve cornstarch completely in the water.
  • Stir into soup, which should thicken rapidly.
  • Add bear to soup and stir well.
  • To serve, ladle into bowls and dust with cayenne.
