Barley Mushroom Soup (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup Thinly sliced celery
  • 3 cups Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Barley
  • 4 teaspoons Vegtable broth powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

  • Put vegtables in a large soup pot with a little water and cook for 5 min stirring frequently.
  • Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Cover & reduce heat to low & simmer 1 hour.
