Basic Fat Burning Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 large White onions
  • 1 large Green bell pepper
  • 1/2 large Head of cabbage
  • 1/2 bunch Celery
  • 1/2 bunch Chopped carrots
  • 1 can (32 oz) of tomatoes
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • Seasonings to taste and/or bouillon

Directions

  • Cut veggies into small pieces, cover with water.
  • Boil fast for ten minutes.
  • Change to Simmer and continue cooking until veggies are just tender.
  • DO NOT eat just soup alone or you will become under-nourished, follow daily plan.
  • DO NOT drink alcoholic beverages.
