Ingredients

  • 1 pint Mixed dry beans
  • 2 Onions; chopped
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 2 Stalks celery
  • 1 cup Whole tomatoes; cut in fourths
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

  • Soak beans overnight.
  • Cook in 2 quarts water beef bone and ham.
  • Add smoked sausage and cook until done.
  • Salt to taste.
