Ingredients
- 1 pint Mixed dry beans
- 2 Onions; chopped
- 1 Green pepper
- 2 Stalks celery
- 1 cup Whole tomatoes; cut in fourths
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Directions
- Soak beans overnight.
- Cook in 2 quarts water beef bone and ham.
- Add smoked sausage and cook until done.
- Salt to taste.
