- 1 pound Dry Kidney beans
- 1 package Smoked Polish sausage; sliced
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 3/4 quarts Water
- 1 cup Barley; regular
- 2 Cloves garlic; peeled
- Parsely sprigs
Directions

- Add water, cover and let stand overnight.
- Drain off water the next day.
- Put beans, barley and remaining ingredients into a crock pot.
- Stir.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
