Ingredients
- 3 slice Bacon
- 2 cups Baked or boiled beans
- 4 cups Cold water
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- Salt; pepper, paprika
- 1 tablespoon Butter
Directions
- Cook bacon, add to beans, add cold water and cook until beans are soft, then rub them through a strainer.
- Place on the fire and add alittle more water if needed, the soup must not be too thick.
- Combine with the flour and butter.
- Cook 2 or 3 minutes.
- Season with salt, a dash of pepper, and paprika.
- I got this recipe from a friend and it’s quite good.
