Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) tomato soup
- 1 can (10 1/2oz) beef consomme
- 1 can Progresso split pea soup; (no ham)
- 2 cups Light cream
- 1/2 cup Sherry
- 8 ounce Crab meat
- Croutons
- Chopped chives
Directions
- Mix soups together in saucepan.
- Add sherry and whisk over low heat til well blended and heated.
- Add light cream and heat.
- Add crab meat just before serving.
- Garnish each serving with croutons and chive.
