Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4oz) tomato soup
  • 1 can (10 1/2oz) beef consomme
  • 1 can Progresso split pea soup; (no ham)
  • 2 cups Light cream
  • 1/2 cup Sherry
  • 8 ounce Crab meat
  • Croutons
  • Chopped chives

Directions

  • Mix soups together in saucepan.
  • Add sherry and whisk over low heat til well blended and heated.
  • Add light cream and heat.
  • Add crab meat just before serving.
  • Garnish each serving with croutons and chive.
