- 4 Potatoes, large diced

- 2 tablespoons Tapioca
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 can Tomato soup
- 1 Clove garlic
Directions
- Mix, cover and bake 5 hours @ 250 degrees Options:You can use a can of stewed tomatoes and a can of mushrooms and cook for a shorter period of time in a 325 degree oven.
