Ingredients
- 1 pound Lean ground beef
- 1 cup Finely chopped onions
- 4 cups Hot water
- 1 cup Carrots; thinly sliced
- 1 cup Celery; diced
- 1 cup Potatoes; diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Bay leaf; crumbled
- Few leaves dried basil
- 6 Whole fresh tomatoes; stems removed & cut into eighths

- Heat.

- 2. Drain excess fat.

- Mix thoroughly.
- 5. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 10 minutes or until water comes to a boil.
