Beef and Vegetable Soup #1

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1/2 pound Boneless beef sirloin; cut in 1/2" cubes
- 1 Clove garlic; minced
- 3 cups Water
- 2 cans (10.5-oz) condensed vegetarian vegetable soup
- 1/4 cup Uncooked elbow macaroni (1 oz)
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley; if desired
Directions
- Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add beef and garlic; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until browned.
- Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium; simmer 15 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
