Beef and Vegetable Soup #1

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/2 pound Boneless beef sirloin; cut in 1/2" cubes
  • 1 Clove garlic; minced
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cans (10.5-oz) condensed vegetarian vegetable soup
  • 1/4 cup Uncooked elbow macaroni (1 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley; if desired

Directions

  • Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Add beef and garlic; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until browned.
  • Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium; simmer 15 minutes.
  • If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
