Wild Rice Soup
A great soup that is best the next day. Great to make with left over chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- onion (I use green onions about 4 to 5 stalks
- 1 can mushrooms small can
- 2 cans of chicken broth Swanson's 14 ounce
- cooked chicken (left-over is great)
Directions
- Melt butter and saute onions
- add: 1/4 cup of flour-brown.
- add mushrooms & broth .
- Add rice mixture.
- simmer
- Stir in chicken and milk salt and pepper as needed
